I liked reading this. Liked, not loved, but not hated either. It could’ve been better (not trying to say that Nicholas is no good, his other works are better than this though). I kind of expected more from Noah. And don’t mistaken me, I haven’t even watched the movie yet so no, it has no influence on what I am writing right now. But I just thought, Noah could’ve given more effort to help Allie like what Henry Roth (50 First Dates) did for Lucy Whitmore. Maybe I’m wrong, I don’t know. But I just feel that it would have been more romantic if it was that way.

On the other hand, I did enjoy the story. It is though, more tragic than romantic for me. But, I love how each sceneries were described. And I liked how the sexy moments weren’t much vulgarly described, but still created romance. Take note that I am not a book reviewer and that I’m just merely someone who loves to read and has an opinion. I wouldn’t actually call this a review, but hey, it’s still an opinion, right?

I also have read some reviews about The Notebook a few moments earlier, and I’d have to say that it wasn’t as bad as some have described (in my opinion), but it wasn’t really that memorable.

So what did you think of it? Liked/Loved/Hated it? You can comment down below. 🙂

PS. If you haven’t read this yet, don’t get discouraged or what-not. Maybe it wasn’t just for me. So I still suggest that you go ahead and read it if you like to. 🙂
