This is the second part of the Fallen series. And likewise with Fallen, I have fallen in love with Torment. This is basically about the 18-day Truce between Daniel and Cam and much more exciting things. (I don’t really wanna spoil the suspense, y’know). As the story unfolds further, more characters are introduced.

*Spoiler alert : If you haven’t read this yet, I suggest you not to read anything I’ll be writing below this line*

I especially loved Miles, really. I think if I was Luce I may have chosen him over Daniel. I don’t know.

And the Outcasts! I’m so excited for Passion.

I liked reading this. Liked, not loved, but not hated either. It could’ve been better (not trying to say that Nicholas is no good, his other works are better than this though). I kind of expected more from Noah. And don’t mistaken me, I haven’t even watched the movie yet so no, it has no influence on what I am writing right now. But I just thought, Noah could’ve given more effort to help Allie like what Henry Roth (50 First Dates) did for Lucy Whitmore. Maybe I’m wrong, I don’t know. But I just feel that it would have been more romantic if it was that way.

On the other hand, I did enjoy the story. It is though, more tragic than romantic for me. But, I love how each sceneries were described. And I liked how the sexy moments weren’t much vulgarly described, but still created romance. Take note that I am not a book reviewer and that I’m just merely someone who loves to read and has an opinion. I wouldn’t actually call this a review, but hey, it’s still an opinion, right?

I also have read some reviews about The Notebook a few moments earlier, and I’d have to say that it wasn’t as bad as some have described (in my opinion), but it wasn’t really that memorable.

So what did you think of it? Liked/Loved/Hated it? You can comment down below. 🙂

PS. If you haven’t read this yet, don’t get discouraged or what-not. Maybe it wasn’t just for me. So I still suggest that you go ahead and read it if you like to. 🙂

Dark Insanity; A Horror Fiction Story

Hello 🙂

This fiction story is written by a really close friend. She began writing it from way back December 10, 2011. And seriously, not being biased or anything, her story got me hooked. You can try reading it here. It’s definitely worth reading. Her story features a great deal of insanity and horror that will definitely make you keep reading.

Title: Dark Insanity
Written by: NyxAzriel, FictionPress
Category: Horror
Words: 6,542
Genre(s): Mystery/Horror
Rating: Rated: T
Summary: Eris Wilson is an ordinary person. An ordinary student. An ordinary daughter. This doesn’t mean that she’s “safe” from all the “happenings” that she could encounter within the other world that we know. Let’s see how she handles it,shall we?
By the way, she has already written up to the 3rd chapter.  I know she is still writing the next part of it, so let her know what you think of it and she just might post the next part soon. And if you enjoyed it, why not give her a review? She pretty much deserves it. 🙂

My current reading list! :)

Hello! 🙂 Well, I haven’t had much time to read lately because my preliminary exams are coming up starting tomorrow! :O

But, I did get to finish reading Pandemonium. I will post about it soon. On my current reading list is Before I Fall and Delirium (both by Lauren Oliver, and yes, I know, I didn’t know Pandemonium was the second book so I read it first! I didn’t do reasearch pre reading because I didn’t want to spoil the suspense! Oh well, I learned that next time I should consider looking up the first book of a trilogy.) and also Passion, the third book on the Fallen series by Lauren Kate. 🙂

I am also working on my very *own* novel. 🙂 I haven’t finalized the first chapter yet, and I barely have time to write because of school. :O Hopefully, all this studying will pay off and I will end up in the Dean’s List! ❤

Reading the first chapter of this novel made me fall in love with it fast. The characters, the setting, and how purely beautiful and descriptive the words are. Words that are simple but will really touch your senses. Just beautiful, really beautiful. The story is mainly about the love story of a fallen angel and a mortal, but this story isn’t like the typical ‘fallen angel falls in love with a human’ story. It is a love story that goes way back to the beginning of time. As you go deeper into the story, you will uncover interesting and unpredictable twists. And as the mysteries unfold, you’ll find yourself hooked to the story and you’d hardly want to put the book down and stop reading.

There is also an Official Fallen Novels website, you can read here about the characters and things about them. But if you haven’t read the book yet, I don’t recommend you to do that because it might spoil the suspense when a new character is introduced in a chapter. I myself only read the character descriptions once I was done reading the second book. Read at your own risk! 😉

For questions, suggestions on what book I should read next, or any reaction; comment below. 🙂 If you have already read Fallen and you want to submit your very own review of the story, please do so in the comments below. Reviews help potential readers decide whether they’ll buy the book and read or not. 🙂
